In some Problems, quality of a process or a product is described by a relationship between one or more response variables and one or more explanatory variables. In the case that the response variables are correlated, quality of a process or a product can be characterized by a multivariate Profile. In some situations, the values of response variables in a Profile are auto-correlated due to the time collapse between two successive samples. The autocorrelation affects the regression parameters estimates and as a result, the performance of control charts in detecting shifts deteriorates. In this paper, an auto-correlated multivariate simple linear profile is considered and assumed that the autocorrelation can be described by AR (1) and MA(1) models. Then, two control charts for monitoring the multivariate simple linear profiles are suggested. The Performance of the proposed control charts are compared in Phase I by using simulation in terms of Power criterion.

Abstract: Nowadays, extensive use of computers, networks and the internet in information systems has increased the diversity of information security risks so the management of these risks has been increasingly considered. According to the importance of information security in online research information systems as the main source of future researches, this study applies a hybrid of fuzzy Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), attempts to optimizely identify, assess and prioritize organization's information security risks. By using fuzzy logic ratings will be more accurate and more transparent, and with the combination of AHP and TOPSIS can measure the weight of the criteria of FMEA and with the calculation closeness coefficient of any risk prioritized each of them. The result to study of application this model in identifying and assessing potential risks of system studied in three main areas: confidentiality, availability and integrity of information, shows risks related to unauthorized access to information and incorrect and lack of integrated information are in the highest priority of the organization's experts.

Abstract: The chart is commonly used for monitoring processes where each produced items is characterized by its number of nonconformities. Recent studies have approved the advantages of using adaptive schemes rather than static one in monitoring such processes. In this paper, we develop a full adaptive model for control charts in which all design parameters (sample size, sampling interval, control limit) switch between two values, according to the most recent process information. The proposed scheme is investigated from the economic statistical viewpoint. The cost model is developed by using the Markov chain approach. Using numerical examples, we illustrate the performance of the proposed models and compare their efficiency with the other schemes. A sensitivity analysis is also carried out to investigate the effects of model parameters on the solution of the economic statistical design by using the design of experiments and regression analysis techniques.

Abstract: Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a nonparametric technique based on mathematical programming to evaluate performance of homogenous decision-making units (DMUs). Many DMUs have network structure where the output of one stage is the input to the next stage. A supply chain, which consists of several members such as supplier, manufacturer and customer, has multi-stage process. In this paper we, for the first time, introduce network DEA approaches to obtain the most productivity in a supply chain as a multi-stage DMU. Our models, by looking inside the internal structure of supply chain, consider the intermediate links between the stages. This perspective proposes managerial implications to improve the overall performance of a supply chain and the productivity of each member.

Among the factors responsible and involved in projects are quality control consulting services and resistance of building materials companies which are working to have an effective performance through interior fit with the structure of the projects as well as exterior fit with the environment. They are also working to complete the projects in the shortest possible time and cost and with the right and certain quality. This paper aims to show the position and significance of quality management in construction quality control companies and to prioritize criteria for successful quality management. In this regard, through literature review and interview with experts, a questionnaire with 33 variables and 7 indices was designed to rank quality management measures. Interacting with the managers and senior technical staff in consulting engineer companies finally 15 sub-indices were determined. The research community is composed of 22 companies associated with quality control process and resistance of building materials in Rasht. The sub-indices have been asked through paired comparison questionnaires. Findings were analyzed through fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) software and the criteria were prioritized. Then, the impact of the criteria on quality management of construction quality control companies was found. Training index and operational management process, among the indices, were identified as the most significant factors in quality management of construction consulting engineers companies.

Today, manufacturers use warranty as an important advertising tool to increase market share. Offering the product to the market with a longer warranty, although attracting more customers, increases the manufacturer's costs. In the real world, manufacturers can provide buyers with an option to renew their warranty for a specified period of time after the end of the basic warranty period. Thus, products that do not renew their warranty as products out of warranty are the main source of profitability of the manufacturer from the sale of spare parts. In this research, a new model is presented that helps the manufacturer to increase profits and considering the level of customer satisfaction and the effect of selling spare parts to products out of warranty, such as pricing of the main product, length of basic warranty period, length of warranty renewal period. Optimize the price of the warranty extension. The developed particle swarm algorithm and the sports league algorithm have been used to solve the model. Due to the fact that Goldiran Company in Iran, as the after-sales service representative of LG, has provided the possibility of extending the basic warranty for products under this brand, the proposed model has been solved with data related to the LED product. The results show that Goldiran Company can help increase the producer profit margin by changing the values of the basic warranty period and extending the warranty according to the product life cycle and planning time, while now the company has fixed the warranty period and extended warranty period for all its products. is considered.
