Abstract: In today's competitive world, considering customers' needs and having a proper understanding of them, as the first phase of the conceptual design and development in the life cycle of a system, ensures the success of economic institutions and determines the purpose of the system. In this context, all needs must be considered and correctly interpreted in a continuous interaction with the customer. The correct interpretation of these requirements will result in the creation of two categories of requirements, designated as functional and non-functional requirements. Addressing both of these requirements and their values as well as an eventual assessment of the designs under construction in agreement with these values in the early stages of the life cycle of a system will bring about a reduction in costs and create a customer- oriented system. The purpose of the present study that conducted on a submarine of class H, is to choice the effective conceptual design for design and construction the product using the calculation of the overall measure of effectiveness index and based on the requirements specified in the conceptual design stage. During this research, first, all needs were identified; being interpreted, they were classified into two categories of functional and non-functional requirements. Then, the quantitative values of functional requirements were calculated using experts’ judgments and the quantitative values of nonfunctional requirements were worked out using various methods on the basis of the processes, so, the paired comparison matrix was used to determine the weights of each of the requirements and the effectiveness measure of the proposed designs was determined on the basis of weight and quantitative values of each category of requirements for each the conceptual design. Finally, from the two conceptual designs considered, an effective conceptual design is introduced and introduced to the industry.

Abstract: with the growing trend of services in the global economy, services have attracted a lot of attention. In developed markets such as the United States, for example, it is reported that more than 90% of GDP comes from the service industry. Numerous predictions indicate that the global economy will eventually be dominated by services. Services are difficult in terms of abstraction and qualitative and quantitative measurement, and the diversity of service sectors makes it difficult to develop a unique framework in the field of services. Service supply chain management, information management, processes, capacity, service performance, Money, and the forward and reverse flows of tangible goods from the primary supplier to the final customer, including the return of any tangible goods purchased. In order to achieve goals or ensure continuous improvement of quality and productivity in a supply chain including Service supply chain, process performance must be measured. In addition, the process cannot be managed if performance cannot be measured. Therefore, it is important to develop a framework to increase quality and productivity to measure service supply chain performance in order to assess changes and evaluate supply chain performance. Therefore, in this study, an innovative model to evaluate the performance of the service supply chain will be proposed to use it to measure the performance of the service supply chain. At the beginning of the research, after reviewing the literature and previous research, a service-performance evaluation model of serviceproduct type has been developed, which is one of the innovations of the present study and has been confirmed by fuzzy Delphi method by experts. After that, a performance measurement system using neural-fuzzy networks has been developed for this model, which is another innovation of the present study, and then to evaluate the production-service organizations of the home appliance industry in Iran, including the company. LG, Samsung, SNOWA, etc. This model has been used. Finally, the performance of these organizations is reviewed and future research and research suggestions are provided.

Today, the figures obtained from measurements are used under different headings and much more than in the past. Also, using the statistics obtained from the production process, one can comment on the quality of the products. Therefore, making the right decision in such cases depends on the quality of the measurement. Linearity factors also determine whether a measuring instrument works the same in all of its measurable ranges. The purpose of this study is to develop a fuzzy model to investigate the linearity relationship for a tool whose data are fuzzy triangular and trapezoidal. Finally, the data of automotive industry suppliers were used and the proposed method using coding in software. MATLAB software is solved. Then we compare the results with the classical mode. The results show that the fuzzy mode has more sensitivity and flexibility than the classical mode.

Different types of process control methods exist for jointly monitoring of several quality characteristic. Recent studies have shown that multi-stage sampling control charts perform better in detecting shifts in process. Therefore, because of the efficiency of the joint mean and standard deviation charts with multi-stage sampling in detecting shifts in mean and standard deviation of the process, discussion and consideration of these charts is necessary. In this paper, the joint Double Sampling and Triple Sampling mean and standard deviation charts are introduced. The joint Statistical Design of these charts is formulated as an optimization problem and solved using a genetic algorithm.

One of the most important control charts is Shewhart ̅ chart. This sampling technique has proven to be very effective in situations where measurments are difficult or expensive, but could inexpensively be ordered. This article investigated economic design and economic-statistical design of ̅X control chart based on RSS. The numerical results are shown economic statistical design is better than economic design based on RSS. Since economic-statistical design is more reasonable than economic design based on RSS. The result is shown the cost of economic-statistical design has been increased a bit more than economic design based on RSS .So, It is suggested to use economic- statistical design ̅X control chart for controling of services and industrial processes mean based on economic and statistical optimization features of ̅X control chart and the results paper.

Value engineering is an organized effort that aims to review and analyze all the activities of a project from the formation of initial thinking to the stage of design and implementation and then commissioning and operation and as one of the most efficient and important economic methods in the field of engineering activities. Known. In the meantime, dam projects due to special complexities of design and implementation, high volume of investment, high volume of resources and the importance of time and cost can have a high potential for the use of value engineering studies. The purpose of this article is to implement value engineering in Ayoshan earthen dam project with the event to the resistance economy. Engineering studies of the value of Ayoshan earthen dam were carried out during construction and in order to reduce the volume of the dam body, reduce the embankment of the left backpack of the dam body, optimize the overflow plan, remove the valve crane, optimize the transmission line, reduce the length of the overflow handles and optimize the structures. Ultimately, it saved 39 billion rials and also reduced the project implementation time.
