طراحی نمودار کنترل تطبیقی فاصله نمونه گیری متغیر ماکسیممِ میانگین متحرک موزون نمایی
نمودار کنترل یکی از پرکاربردترین ابزارهای کنترل آماری فرآیندها است که نقش مهمی را در ارتقاء کیفیت آن ها ایفا می کند. یکی از ضعف های نمودارهای کنترل سرعت پایین آن در تشخیص تغییرات ایجاد شده در پارامتر فرآیند است. بدین منظور نمودارهای کنترل تطبیقی برای بهبود عملکرد نمودارهای کنترل برای کشف تغییرات کوچک توسعه یافته اند. در این مقاله از روش تطبیقی فاصله نمونه گیری متغیر، برای بهبود عملکرد نمودار کنترل ماکسیممِ میانگین متحرک موزون نمایی انحراف مجذور میانگین متحرک موزون - نمایی برای کشف تغییرات در میانگین و واریانس و تغییرات همزمان میانگین و واریانس استفاده شده است. عملکرد روش پیشنهادی با استفاده از شبیه سازی و معیارهای میانگین زمان تا هشدار و متوسط زمان تعدیل شده تا وقوع هشدار، با نمودار کنترل نمونه گیری با فواصل ثابت، مقایسه شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که روش پیشنهادی به ازای تغییرات بزرگ، دارای عملکرد بهتری نسبت به نتایج نمودار کنترل موجود در ادبیات تحقیق است.
