They are also working to complete the projects in the shortest possible time and cost and with the right and certain quality. This paper aims to show the position and significance of quality management in construction quality control companies and to prioritize criteria for successful quality management. In this regard, through literature review and interview with experts, a questionnaire with 33 variables and 7 indices was designed to rank quality management measures. Interacting with the managers and senior technical staff in consulting engineer companies finally 15 sub-indices were determined. The research community is composed of 22 companies associated with quality control process and resistance of building materials in Rasht. The sub-indices have been asked through paired comparison questionnaires. Findings were analyzed through fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) software and the criteria were prioritized. Then, the impact of the criteria on quality management of construction quality control companies was found. Training index and operational management process, among the indices, were identified as the most significant factors in quality management of construction consulting engineers companies.<br /><br /> ازجمله عوامل متصدی و دخیل در پروژه‌های عمرانی، شرکت‌های مهندسین مشاور کنترل کیفی و مقاومت مصالح ساختمان هستند که همواره در تلاش‌اند تا با تناسب داخلی با ساختار پروژه‌ها و تناسب خارجی با محیط، عملکرد مؤثری داشته باشند و بتوانند این پروژه‌ها را در کمترین زمان و هزینه ممکن و البته با درجه کیفیت معین و مناسب به پایان برسانند. هدف از این مقاله ذکر جایگاه و اهمیت مدیریت کیفیت در شرکت‌های کنترل کیفی ساختمان و اولویت­بندی معیارهای پیاده‌سازی موفق آن است. در این راستا، پرسش‌نامه‌ای با 33 متغیر و 7 شاخص برای رتبه‌بندی معیارهای پیاده‌سازی مدیریت کیفیت با استفاده از مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان طراحی شد. در تعامل با مدیران و کارکنان ارشد فنی شرکت‌های مهندسین مشاور، 15 زیر شاخص نهایی انتخاب گردید. جامعه تحقیق شامل 22 شرکت مرتبط با فرآیند کنترل کیفی و مقاومت مصالح ساختمان در شهرستان رشت هستند. زیرشاخص‌ها توسط پرسش‌نامه مقایسات زوجی مورد سؤال قرار گرفتند. نتایج با استفاده از نرم‌افزار فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت و معیارها اولویت‌بندی شدند و میزان تأثیر آن‌ها بر مدیریت کیفیت شرکت‌های کنترل کیفی ساختمان مشخص شد. از میان شاخص‌ها، شاخص آموزش و فرآیند مدیریت به‌صورت کاربردی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عوامل مدیریت کیفیت شرکت‌های مهندسین مشاور ساختمان شناسایی شدند. https://www.pqprc.ir/article_84256_58e5d1e17c30c1d3ff2effb20249bc37.pdf
