[English]

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating role of environmental uncertainty in the relationships of ISO 9001, product innovation and financial performance in manufacturing organizations in Isfahan province. The statistical population of the present study is the production organizations of Isfahan province that have ISO 9001 certification. From 150 organizations identified with this feature, data were collected from 90 organizations in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the second generation of structural equations, PLS. The results of testing the hypotheses indicate a positive and significant effect of ISO 9001 on product innovation and financial performance. The results also demonstrated the moderating role of environmental uncertainty in the relationship between ISO 9001 and product innovation as well as ISO 9001 and financial performance. It was also found that product innovation improves the financial performance of organizations.
