ارایه یک مدل تلفیقی برنامه‌ریزی ریاضی برای انتخاب و تخصیص سفارشات تأمین‌کنندگان سبز نیروگاه زیست توده

چکیده

تخریب گسترده محیط زیست و انتشار روز افزون گازهای گلخانه­ای، باعث ایجاد نگرانی­های زیست­محیطی در میان جوامع و دولت‌ها شده است. یکی از راهکارهای کاهش آلایندگی زیست‌محیطی، پیاده‌سازی زنجیره‌تامین سبز است. در این پژوهش انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان سبزِ تجهیزات نیروگاه­های زیست توده و نحوه تخصیص تقاضا به آن‌ها به عنوان یکی از کلیدی‌ترین‌ تصمیمات راهبردی زنجیره‌تامین مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. با توجه به تعدد معیارها در این مساله، استفاده از روش‌های مقایسه زوجی برای وزن‌دهی کارآمد نخواهد بود. در مدل تلفیقی ارایه شده، از روش تحلیل مولفه‌های اصلی برای مقابله با این چالش استفاده شده است. در نهایت با استفاده از یک مدل برنامه‌ریزی ریاضی چند هدفه، میزان تخصیص تقاضا به هر تامین‌کننده مشخص می‌گردد. روش پیشنهادی برای انتخاب تامین‌گنندگان سبز تجهیزات نیروگاه زیست توده شیراز مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصله بیانگر کارآیی مدل پیشنهادی برای انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان سبز تجهیزات نیروگاه زیست توده است.
